Your Veldskoen Rally Access Ticket contains a unique QR code. This code will be scanned when you arrive.
|
• Display the QR code on your phone
• Bring a clearly printed copy of your ticket
|
|
Download or screenshot the QR code before travelling. It will still be available if your mobile signal decides to take the weekend off.
|
|
Please do not share your QR code publicly or post a photograph of it on social media. Each code can only be successfully scanned once.
|

|
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE GATE?
|
- Have your Access Ticket ready before reaching the entrance.
- Event staff will scan and validate your unique QR code.
- After successful validation, you will receive your official Veldskoen Rally wristband.
- Your wristband must remain securely attached throughout the rally.
|
You may leave the rally grounds and return.
|

A wristband on its own is not enough, so keep your ticket somewhere safe on your phone.

LOST OR DAMAGED WRISTBANDS
|
|
Report a lost or damaged wristband to CSS Security immediately.
|
|
Do not remove your wristband simply because it clashes with your outfit. By Sunday, nobody’s outfit is winning anyway.
|
|
|

CLUB CHALLENGE REMINDER
|
Motorcycle clubs attending Veldskoen Rally should make sure their Club Challenge information and arrangements are completed before the rally.
|
