Directions: Enter via the main Klerksdorp Dam entrance. Follow rally signage to the event gate. Security will direct you to parking. No entry via the eastern service road. No cars or quads inside the venue — designated parking areas, both free and paid, are available on arrival. Car guards on duty 24/7.

🏍️ QJ SRT 900 Draw
Saturday, 26 September 2026 at 20:00 on the Main Stage. The winner must be present. The number will be called three times, with a two-minute window to report to the stage. If the winner does not report in time, an immediate redraw will take place.

Tickets, QR Codes and Gate Entry

Bring your Access Ticket with you to the rally
Your QR code may be displayed on your phone or brought as a printed copy
Screenshot or download the QR code before travelling
Every ticket will be scanned at the entrance
An official wristband will be issued after successful check-in
Your wristband must remain securely attached throughout the rally
For re-entry, you must present your valid wristband and ticket
Lost or damaged wristbands must be reported to security
Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry when necessary

Ticket Changes, Resales and Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable
If you can no longer attend, you may privately give or sell your unused ticket to someone else
Veldskoen Rally does not arrange or supervise private ticket sales
Veldskoen Rally accepts no responsibility for private payment disputes or fraudulent ticket sales
Each QR code may only be used once
The first successful scan will be treated as the valid admission

Camping Information

Camping is included with your Full Throttle Access Ticket
Beautiful and ample camping space is available
Bring your own tent, bedding and camping equipment
Cooler boxes are welcome in the camping area
Personal refreshments and alcohol must remain in the camping area
Knives and camping tools must remain at your campsite
Please keep your campsite clean and respect neighbouring campers
No pets are permitted at the rally

Braais and Open Fires

Use the designated braai areas and existing braai pits
Do not make fires outside the designated areas
Never leave a braai or fire unattended
Follow all instructions issued by marshals, security and event staff

Entertainment Arena

The entertainment arena is strictly for guests aged 18 and older
No cooler boxes are permitted inside the entertainment arena
No privately supplied alcohol is permitted inside the entertainment arena
A fully stocked bar will be available
Food vendors will be available at the rally
All three motorcycles will be displayed on the Main Stage

Children and Family Areas

Children are welcome in the designated family-friendly areas
Children are not permitted inside the entertainment arena
Children’s activities will include inflatable play areas and face painting
Children remain the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians at all times
Parents and guardians must ensure children remain within the permitted areas

Vehicles and Parking

Cars must be parked in the designated parking areas
Car guards will be on duty 24 hours a day
Follow all directions provided by parking attendants, marshals and security
Vehicles must not obstruct roads, emergency routes or entrances
Vehicle movement inside the rally area remains subject to marshal approval

Firearms, Knives and Tools

All firearms must be declared immediately upon arrival at the gate
Declared firearms will be handled according to the event’s approved security procedure
The firearm owner will place the firearm into the designated secured storage container
The secured firearm will be logged and stored in the event firearm safe
Identification and the required collection procedure will apply when reclaiming a firearm
Knives and camping tools are only permitted within the camping area
Knives and tools are not permitted inside the entertainment arena
No illegal substances are permitted

CSS Security reserves the right to conduct lawful safety inspections at rally entrance points.

Conduct and Safety

No reckless riding inside the venue
No burnouts in restricted areas
Respect marshals, security, vendors and fellow rallygoers
Emergency routes must remain clear at all times
Follow all reasonable safety instructions issued by event staff

Failure to follow event and safety rules may result in removal from the rally without a refund.

Security and Medical Assistance

CSS Security will be on duty 24 hours a day
Noxems will provide on-site medical assistance
A medical tent and ambulance will be available
Lost or damaged wristbands must be reported to security
Emergency contact information will be made available closer to the rally

Accessibility

Accessibility ramps will be provided where required
Guests who need assistance should speak to event staff or security
Reasonable assistance will be provided wherever practically possible

Every Full Throttle Access Ticket includes one automatic draw entry
Ticket sales close at 17:00 on Saturday, 26 September 2026
The draw takes place at 20:00 on Saturday, 26 September 2026
Location: Main Stage, Klerksdorp Dam
The winner must be physically present at the draw
The winning number will be called three times
The selected winner has two minutes to report to the stage
The winner must present the winning Access Ticket
If the selected winner does not report in time, an immediate redraw will take place
Each Access Ticket equals one entry
The draw will be conducted under independent auditor supervision
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
The winner must comply with the full prize-claim requirements
