You’ve secured your place at Veldskoen Rally 2026. Now we’re going to help you arrive prepared.
|
|
Every Tuesday and Thursday between now and rally weekend, you’ll receive a short email covering one important part of the rally.
|
|
Camping, cooler boxes, parking, security, children’s activities, the entertainment arena, what to pack and what happens at the gate. We’ll work through everything, one useful email at a time.
|

YOUR FIRST RALLY CHECK
|
Veldskoen Rally takes place from 24 to 27 September 2026 at Klerksdorp Dam.
|
|
Please keep your Access Ticket safe. You will need the unique QR code at the entrance.
|
• Display the QR code on your phone
• Bring a printed copy of your ticket
|
|
Our practical tip: download or screenshot your QR code before leaving home. Mobile signal sometimes chooses the busiest moment to disappear.
|
|
After your ticket has been scanned successfully, you will receive an official rally wristband. Keep your wristband securely attached throughout the weekend.
|
|
If you leave and return, bring both your wristband and ticket with you.
|

YOUR QJ SRT 900 DRAW INFORMATION
|
Every qualifying Access Ticket includes one automatic entry into the QJ SRT 900 draw.
|

Time: 20:00
Location: Main Stage, Klerksdorp Dam
|
|
The winner must be present and must produce the winning Access Ticket.
|
|
The selected number will be called three times, and the entrant will have two minutes to report to the stage. If the entrant does not report in time, an immediate redraw will take place.
|

The Veldskoen Rally Motorcycle Club Challenge is open.
|
If you’re attending with a club, make sure your club has applied and is ready to show its colours.
|
|
|
|

|
On Thursday, we’ll explain the entrance procedure, QR-code scanning and wristbands in more detail.
