Is there camping at Veldskoen Rally?

Yes. Camping is included with every access ticket. Bring your own tent and pitch on-site. No booking required. Chalets, tented village, rondavels and glamping are also available for separate booking.

What ticket options are available?

Full Throttle tickets are R500 per person. Includes weekend access, camping, embroidered badge, and automatic entry into the QJ SRT 900 motorcycle draw. Day passes (Saturday only) are R250.

What happens at the rally?

Live music and entertainment throughout the weekend. 14 food and vendor stalls. Daytime rider gear giveaways. Saturday night live prize draws for a QJ SRT 900 motorcycle and Suzuki Hayabusa. Community activities and braai.

Can vendors apply?

Yes. Food vendors, coffee vendors, biker gear, clothing, accessories and handmade products are welcome. Stall fee is R2,000 (full weekend). Applications open year-round.

Are there discounts for motorcycle clubs?

Yes. Club Presidents receive free access tickets. The club that registers the most riders wins a Lifan Machete 125cc (sponsored by Visit Pat’s Scooter World). Encourage your club to attend.

Live music from local artists. MC hosted stage. Daytime rider gear giveaways. Saturday night live prize draws (winners announced on stage). Sunday morning church service. All entertainment is free to ticket holders.

🍴 Food & Vendors

14 food stalls serving boerewors rolls, steak, sosati, curry, jaffles, chilli bites, pizza, ice cream and more. Coffee vendors. Biker gear, clothing, accessories and handmade products available for retail purchase.

⛺ Camping Options

Bring-your-own-tent camping included with ticket. Alternative accommodation: tented village (canvas dome tents, 2 stretchers, fitted sheets, R1,850 per 3 nights), chalets, cabanas, rondavels and glamping. All on-site. Optional booking required.

Bikers Care charity involvement. Support for local North West businesses and community. Sponsors include Pat’s Scooter World and other local brands. 100% of the rally is built by and for the biker community.

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

Yes. Day passes (Saturday only) are R250 at the gate. Full weekend passes must be bought online in advance.

What bikes are allowed?

Motorbikes only inside the venue. Cars and quads have dedicated parking areas with car guards on duty 24/7.

Are children allowed?

Yes. Children ages 4–17 are R50 per day. Under 4 is free. The rally is family-friendly but rider-first in energy and programming.

Can I bring cooler boxes and alcohol?

Yes to cooler boxes in camping areas. No outside alcohol at the stage/entertainment area (bar operates there). Cooler boxes not permitted in entertainment zone.

What’s the security setup?

CSS Security on duty 24/7. Car guards in vehicle parking. Gate security and patrols throughout event. Medical and ambulance services on-site.

Who can be a sponsor?

Motorcycle brands, local businesses, service providers and community organisations. Sponsorship packages and logo placement available.
