Veldskoen Rally 2026 is accepting applications for food stalls and retail/consumable stalls for the full weekend, 24–27 September 2026 at Klerksdorp Dam Holiday Resort, North West.

Food stalls are R2,000 for the weekend. Retail and consumable stalls are R2,000 for the weekend. All stall fees are 100% payable upfront — no deposits. Setup is Wednesday 23 September, and must be complete by 20:00. Each stall is 4x4m standard size, limited to two people per stall, with one parking space allocated. Vendors are responsible for their own gas, gas cylinders, electricity, and lighting. Each stall must have a tested and approved fire extinguisher on site at all times. All bookings are non-refundable within 60 days of the event.
