Trade To A Captive Crowd. Four Days. One Dam.
Thousands of riders camp on site for the full weekend, 24–27 September at Klerksdorp Dam Holiday Resort. They wake up there, they stay there, and there are no shops nearby. From Thursday morning to Sunday, your stall is the only game in town. If you sell food or anything a biker spends money on, this is your weekend.

Vendor FAQs
How much does a stall cost at Veldskoen Rally 2026?
A stall is R2,000 for the full weekend. Food stalls and retail or consumable stalls are the same price. All stall fees are 100% payable upfront, with no deposits.
What are the trading days?
Vendors trade Thursday 24 to Sunday 27 September 2026 at Klerksdorp Dam Holiday Resort, North West.
When is vendor setup?
Setup is Wednesday 23 September 2026 and must be complete by 20:00.
What size is a stall and how many people are allowed?
Each stall is 4x4m standard size, limited to two people per stall, with one parking space allocated.
Are electricity and gas provided?
No. Vendors are responsible for their own gas, gas cylinders, electricity and lighting. Each stall must have a tested and approved fire extinguisher on site at all times.
When do applications close?
Applications must be finalised by 15 August 2026. Stalls are limited and categories close once they are full, so earlier is safer.

Is the stall booking refundable?
Bookings are non-refundable within 60 days of the event.
