Day Access — Important Day access costs R250 and provides access for one day only. It does not include camping, the limited-edition steel badge or entry into the QJ SRT 900 draw. An eligible Full Throttle weekend access ticket is required for entry into the QJ SRT 900 draw.
Can I upgrade from day access to full weekend access?+
Upgrades are subject to availability and must be arranged with the Veldskoen Rally organisers. Contact the organiser before making an additional payment. If an upgrade is approved, you will receive the correct weekend wristband, limited-edition steel badge and eligible QJ SRT 900 draw entry.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?+
Yes. Access tickets may be purchased at the rally gates. Card and cash payments will be accepted. Online booking is recommended to reduce delays when entering the venue. Pre-purchased tickets can be presented on your phone or as a printed copy for scanning.
What does my wristband mean?+
Your wristband identifies the access granted by your ticket. Keep it on for the duration of your visit. For re-entry, you must present your ticket on your phone or as a printed copy and show your wristband. Children aged 12 to 17 receive their own wristbands.
Are group bookings available?+
Contact the Veldskoen Rally organiser directly about group booking arrangements. Call 082 494 7742 or email stofskop@veldskoenrally.co.za. Group arrangements are not automatically applied during online checkout.

What are the two motorcycle prizes?+
  • QJ SRT 900 — drawn live at 20:00 on Saturday 26 September 2026. One entry is included with each eligible Full Throttle weekend access ticket. The selected entrant must be present at the rally to win.
  • Suzuki Hayabusa 2025 — drawn live at 22:00 on Saturday 26 September 2026. Entry is through the official Veldskoen Rally keyring, available at R200 each. The selected entrant does not need to be present at the rally to win.
When do the motorcycle draws take place?+
Both draws take place live on Saturday 26 September 2026. Sales and entries close at 17:00. The QJ SRT 900 draw takes place at 20:00, followed by the Suzuki Hayabusa draw at 22:00.
Do I need to be present to win the QJ SRT 900?+
Yes. You must be physically present at Veldskoen Rally. When the selected number is called, the entrant has a two-minute window and three calls to respond. If the entrant does not present themselves within the allowed time, another entry will be drawn.
Do I need to be present to win the Suzuki Hayabusa?+
No. You do not need to be present at the rally. The selected entrant will be contacted using the telephone number, WhatsApp number and email address supplied when purchasing the official keyring. The winner must claim the prize within the period stated in the official competition rules.
How do I enter the QJ SRT 900 draw?+
Purchase an eligible Full Throttle weekend access ticket. One QJ SRT 900 draw entry is issued per eligible person. Duplicate entries are not permitted. Day access and children’s access do not include entry into the QJ SRT 900 draw.
How do I enter the Suzuki Hayabusa draw?+
Purchase the official Veldskoen Rally Hayabusa keyring for R200. Each keyring provides one entry into the Suzuki Hayabusa draw. The keyring is available online through veldskoenrally.co.za and may also be purchased at the event before sales close at 17:00 on Saturday 26 September 2026.
Can I buy more than one keyring for additional Hayabusa entries?+
Yes. Each official Hayabusa keyring purchased provides one entry into the Suzuki Hayabusa draw. You may purchase more than one keyring, with one draw entry issued for each keyring purchased.
How will the motorcycle draws be conducted?+
Each eligible entry receives a randomised six-digit draw number. The draws will be conducted live in accordance with the published competition terms and conditions. The full rules for both motorcycle draws are available on the Veldskoen Rally website.
Can either motorcycle prize be exchanged, transferred or refunded?+
No. The motorcycle prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Draw entries and tickets may not be duplicated, transferred or refunded. The winner remains responsible for any licensing, registration, insurance or transfer expenses specified in the official competition rules.

Is camping included in my ticket?+
Camping is included with eligible full weekend access tickets, including previously purchased Ignition Edition tickets and current Full Throttle tickets. Camping is bring your own tent and equipment. Day access and children’s access do not include camping.
When can I set up my tent?+
The gates open to rally attendees on Thursday 24 September 2026 at 08:00. Camping setup may begin from that time. Ablution facilities are available on site.
Are caravan spots available?+
Yes. Caravan spots are available at Klerksdorp Dam at R1,500 for the full weekend. Power points are available. Spaces are limited and must be booked directly with the organiser on 082 494 7742.
Are glamping, chalet or house options available?+
Yes. Glamping and other accommodation options are available separately from rally access. Visit our Accommodation page for the available options and booking information.
When must I pack up and leave?+
Veldskoen Rally closes on Sunday 27 September 2026 at 15:00. Campers must complete their packing and leave the camping area by the published closing time.
May I bring a cooler box into the camping area?+
Yes. Cooler boxes are permitted in the camping area. They may not be taken into the entertainment area. Food and drinks are available from the event vendors and licensed rally bar.

Live artists, daytime giveaways, food stalls, bar service and a full day of rally activities.

Motorcycle Draw Night
Sales and entries close at 17:00. The QJ SRT 900 draw takes place at 20:00 and the Suzuki Hayabusa draw at 22:00. You must be present to win the QJ SRT 900.

Church Service 09:00 · Rally Closes 15:00
A morning church service takes place on site. The rally closes and vendor pack-up begins at 15:00.
What are the bar operating hours?+
The bar operates from 10:00 to 02:00 daily during the main rally programme.
Can I buy access tickets at the gate?+
Yes. Access tickets may be purchased at the gates. Card and cash payments will be accepted. Online booking is recommended to reduce delays when entering the venue.
What do I need for re-entry?+
Keep your wristband on and present your original ticket on your phone or as a printed copy when returning to the venue. Both the ticket and wristband may be checked before re-entry is allowed.

you ride in.

Motorbikes only — what does that mean exactly?+
Cars, quad bikes and three-wheelers are not permitted inside the rally area. Cars and support vehicles must use the designated parking areas. Car guards will be on duty throughout the event.
May children attend Veldskoen Rally?+
Yes. Children under 12 enter free, while children aged 12 to 17 pay R50 per day and receive their own wristbands. No person under 18 is permitted in the entertainment area. Children’s activities are provided outside the entertainment area. Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children at all times.
What is the security setup?+
CSS Security Klerksdorp provides security for the rally. Two Armed Response vehicles will be stationed at the two gates, with an additional security gazebo at the main gate. The gates will be staffed continuously from Thursday morning until Sunday morning. On-site Armed Response vehicles may also be contacted for assistance with a serious incident.
Are firearms, knives or tools permitted?+
Firearms must be declared at the gate and placed in the designated firearm safe. Knives and tools must remain in the camping area and may not be taken into the entertainment area. All attendees and belongings are subject to security screening.

All persons entering the venue are subject to security screening.
May I bring a cooler box?+
Yes. Cooler boxes may be kept in the camping area. They are not permitted in the entertainment area. Food and drinks are available from the rally vendors and licensed bar.
Is there a liability waiver?+
Yes. The event waiver forms part of the Veldskoen Rally terms and conditions. Online buyers accept these terms during checkout. Tickets purchased at the gate are subject to the same terms, conditions and event waiver.
