Day Pass — Important
A day pass gives you entry for one day at R250. It does not include camping, the embroidered badge, or entry into the QJ SRT 900 draw. To be eligible for the draw, you must purchase a full weekend pass — Ignition Edition (R450) or Full Throttle (R500).
Can I upgrade from a day pass to a full weekend pass?
Yes — pay the difference at the gate. A day pass is R250. A full weekend pass starts at R450 (Ignition Edition) or R500 (Full Throttle). You will receive your wristband upgrade, embroidered badge, and draw entry at the gate.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Yes. Tickets are available at the gate. Card machines and cash are accepted. However, online pre-sales are strongly recommended — gate queues on Friday and Saturday will be significant. Online ticket holders scan a QR code for fast-track entry.
What does my wristband mean?
Your wristband is your access pass for the full weekend. No wristband = no entry. If you leave the venue and return, you must have your wristband on. Lost or removed wristbands cannot be replaced — you will need to purchase a new ticket.
Is there a group discount or group special?
Group specials are available. Contact the organiser directly for group booking enquiries: 082 494 7742 or stofskop@veldskoenrally.co.za

- Suzuki Hayabusa 2025 — Retail value R361,000. Drawn live on stage Saturday night. Entry via the official Veldskoen Rally keyring at R200 per entry.
When is the draw?
Saturday night, 26 September 2026. Draw registration closes at 17:00. The draw takes place on stage at 20:00. Both motorcycles are drawn on the same night.
Do I need to be present to win the QJ SRT 900?
Yes — you must be physically present. When your number is called, you have a 2-minute window and 3 calls to respond. If you do not present yourself, a redraw takes place immediately. There are no exceptions.
Do I need to be present to win the Suzuki Hayabusa?
No — you do not need to be present. The Hayabusa draw is via the keyring purchase. If your number is drawn and you are not on-site, you will be contacted via the details you registered with. Three phone calls, three WhatsApp messages, and three emails will be attempted over seven days. You then have 14 calendar days to claim.
How do I enter the QJ SRT 900 draw?
Buy any full weekend access pass — Ignition Edition (R450) or Full Throttle (R500). Your draw entry is issued automatically. No extra step required. Day passes do not include draw entry.
How do I enter the Suzuki Hayabusa draw?
Purchase the official Veldskoen Rally keyring at R200. Each keyring = one entry. The keyring is available online at veldskoenrally.co.za and at the event. Maximum 4,000 keyrings are available. You do not need to attend the rally to win.
Can I buy more than one keyring for extra entries?
Yes. Each keyring purchased is one entry into the Hayabusa draw. You may purchase multiple keyrings. Total keyrings available: 4,000.
Are the draws independently audited?
Yes. Both draws are overseen by an independent auditor and conducted using a 6-digit randomised number system with scanner validation. The draws are run in accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act. Full competition rules are published on this website.
Can prizes be exchanged for cash?
No. Both motorcycles are non-exchangeable for cash. Licensing, registration, insurance, and related transfer costs are the responsibility of the winner.
