6. Promotional Competitions

Veldskoen Rally 2026 conducts two promotional competitions in accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act:

• QJ SRT 900 Draw — entry is incidental to the purchase of an access ticket
• Suzuki Hayabusa Draw — entry is incidental to the purchase of the official Veldskoen Rally keychain

For the purposes of these draws, your name, contact details and entry number are recorded and retained for the duration of the competition and for a reasonable period thereafter for compliance purposes. Identity verification may be required from winners.

7. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your personal information is stored securely on our website platform and associated service providers. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration.

Payment card details are never stored on our systems. All payment processing is handled by Adpay using secure encryption.
