All purchases made through veldskoenrally.co.za are final.

Veldskoen Rally tickets, raffle entries, vendor applications, and any related event access products are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• General admission tickets
• Access passes
• Suzuki Hayabusa competition entries
• Vendor space or participation fees

Once payment has been successfully processed, your booking or entry is confirmed. No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, credits, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances, including non-attendance.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Event Changes or Cancellation

Should the event be postponed or cancelled by the organisers due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, further communication will be sent directly to purchasers via the email provided at checkout.
