Maximum 2 persons per stall at all times. No more than 2 stalls of the same category will be approved. You supply your own electricity. Nothing is provided on site. No generic imported novelty goods. Product range must be relevant to the rally. Tattoo and piercing vendors must supply proof of professional practice and own sterile equipment. Pony rides subject to separate space allocation and organiser approval. Cancellations: 50% refund if cancelled 60+ days before the event.
