Self-Supply *I am responsible for all gas, gas cylinders, and electricity. Nothing is provided by the organiser.

Prohibited Items *I will not sell water or soft drinks from my stall at any time during the event.

Cancellation Policy *I understand: 50% refund if cancelled 60+ days before the event. Zero refund within 60 days.

Staff Limit *My stall will be operated by a maximum of 2 persons at all times.

Accuracy *All information in this application is accurate and complete. False information will disqualify my application.

POPIA Consent *I consent to Veldskoen Rally collecting and processing my personal information solely for the purpose of evaluating this vendor application and administering the event, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
