QJ SRT 900 Promotional Draw – Terms & Conditions
By participating in the QJ SRT 900 Promotional Draw, entrants agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. PROMOTER
The QJ SRT 900 Promotional Draw is organised and conducted by Liquorice (Pty) Ltd t/a Veldskoen Rally (“the Promoter”).

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who hold an eligible Veldskoen Rally Ignition Edition or Full Throttle Access Ticket.
2.2 Each eligible person is entitled to one QJ SRT 900 draw entry only.
2.3 Purchasing more than one eligible Access Ticket in the same person’s name does not create additional QJ SRT 900 entries for that person.
2.4 Day Access Tickets and children’s tickets do not include entry into the QJ SRT 900 draw.
2.5 Access Tickets are non-transferable.
2.6 The entrant’s eligible Access Ticket must be successfully validated and the entrant must be checked in at the Event for the QJ entry to qualify for the draw.
2.7 QJ SRT 900 entries and registration close at 17:00 on Saturday, 26 September 2026.
2.8 The entrant must be physically present at Veldskoen Rally when the draw takes place.
3. AUTOMATIC ENTRY
3.1 One QJ SRT 900 entry is automatically included with each eligible person’s valid Ignition Edition or Full Throttle Access Ticket.
3.2 No separate raffle ticket is required.
3.3 Eligible entrants will be recorded in the official draw database.
4. DRAW DETAILS
4.1 The QJ SRT 900 draw will take place live at Veldskoen Rally.

Time: 20:00
Location: Main Stage, Klerksdorp Dam
4.2 The draw process will be conducted using a verifiable selection process and overseen by an independent auditor or suitably qualified person.
4.3 Ten eligible entrants will be selected from the official QJ SRT 900 draw database.
4.4 Presence and Calling Procedure
Each of the ten selected entrants will be called to report to the stage.
A selected entrant’s name will be called up to three times, and the entrant will have a maximum of two minutes to report to the stage.
If the selected entrant does not report within that period, their selection will be forfeited and another eligible entrant will be selected from the official draw database.
This process will continue until ten eligible entrants are physically present on stage.
4.5 Once ten eligible entrants are present on stage, ten boxes will form part of the final live stage draw. Each selected entrant will be allocated or select a box in accordance with the official draw procedure.
4.6 The boxes will contain keys and/or non-winning items. One box will contain the key that starts the QJ SRT 900 motorcycle.
4.7 The entrant holding the key that successfully starts the QJ SRT 900 will be declared the winner, subject to final verification.
4.8 The independent auditor or suitably qualified person’s confirmation of the result will be recorded as part of the official draw process.
5. PRIZE
5.1 The prize consists of one brand-new QJ SRT 900 motorcycle as supplied by the official supplier.
5.2 The motorcycle is awarded as received from the supplier. No modifications or customisation are included unless expressly stated.
5.3 The motorcycle will have a full tank of fuel at the time of handover.
No delivery is included. The winner is responsible for collecting the motorcycle from the designated handover location.
5.4 The prize is not transferable.
5.5 No cash alternative will be offered.
6. WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 The winner is responsible for:
vehicle registration;
licensing;
number plates;
insurance;
roadworthy certification, if required;
applicable taxes or fees; and
costs associated with collecting or transporting the motorcycle.
6.2 The winner must hold a valid South African Code A motorcycle licence at the time of prize handover.
6.3 The prize must be claimed within 14 days of the draw announcement. Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in forfeiture, subject to applicable law.
6.4 If the motorcycle is not collected immediately after the required paperwork has been completed, the winner must arrange and provide proof of valid insurance before the motorcycle is released into their care.
6.5 The motorcycle will be held at a location designated by the Promoter for a maximum of one calendar month from the date of prize confirmation.
Failure to collect the motorcycle within this period may result in forfeiture, subject to applicable law.
7. EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
7.1 If Veldskoen Rally is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may, subject to applicable law:
reschedule the draw;
conduct the draw on an alternative date; or
take such other action as may be required under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
8. SUPPLIER CONTINGENCY
8.1 Should the advertised prize become unavailable due to supplier withdrawal or circumstances reasonably beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may, subject to applicable law, substitute the prize with a motorcycle of similar value and specification.
9. DISQUALIFICATION
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who:
violates applicable Event or competition rules;
engages in fraudulent activity;
attempts to manipulate the draw process;
provides false information; or
attempts to obtain more than one QJ SRT 900 entry in the same person’s name.
10. LIABILITY
10.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10.2 Participation in and attendance at Veldskoen Rally are additionally subject to the Veldskoen Rally Event Terms, Conditions, Waiver & Indemnity.
11. PUBLICITY
11.1 The winner may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including photographs and media announcements, subject to applicable law.
12. DATA PROTECTION
12.1 Personal information will be processed for legitimate Event administration, competition administration, entry verification, draw administration and winner verification purposes in accordance with applicable South African data-protection legislation.
13. ACCEPTANCE
13.1 Participation in the QJ SRT 900 Promotional Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
13.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to eligible Ignition Edition and Full Throttle Access Ticket holders.
