QJ SRT 900 Promotional Draw – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing an Access Pass, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. PROMOTER

The QJ SRT 900 promotional draw is organised and conducted by the Veldskoen Rally Organising Committee (“the Promoter”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who purchase a valid Veldskoen Rally Access Pass (Ignition Edition or Full Throttle). 2.2 Each Access Pass equals one entry into the draw. 2.3 There is no limit to the number of Access Passes an individual may purchase. 2.4 Tickets are non-transferable. 2.5 Entry is valid only upon successful ticket validation at the event.

3. AUTOMATIC ENTRY

3.1 Entry into the QJ SRT 900 draw is automatically included with the purchase of a valid Access Pass. 3.2 No separate raffle ticket is required.

4. DRAW DETAILS

4.1 The draw will take place live at the Veldskoen Rally. 4.2 Date: Saturday, 26 September 2026 4.3 Time: 21:00 4.4 Location: Main Stage, Klerksdorp Dam 4.5 The winner must be physically present at the event at the time of announcement. 4.6 If the selected entrant is not present when called, a redraw will take place immediately. 4.7 The winning entry will be selected using a verified random number generator process. 4.8 The draw process will be overseen by an independent auditor. The auditor’s confirmation of the result shall be final and binding.

5. PRIZE

5.1 The prize consists of one brand-new QJ SRT 900 motorcycle as supplied by the official supplier. 5.2 The motorcycle is awarded as received from the supplier. No modifications or customisation are included unless expressly stated. 5.3 The motorcycle will have a full tank of fuel at the time of handover. No delivery is provided. The winner is responsible for collecting the motorcycle from the designated handover location. 5.4 The prize is not transferable. 5.5 No cash alternative will be offered.

6. WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 The winner is solely responsible for:

  • Vehicle registration
  • Licensing
  • Number plates
  • Insurance
  • Roadworthy certification (if required)
  • Any applicable taxes or fees
  • All costs to collect or transport the motorcycle

6.2 The winner must hold a valid South African Code A motorcycle licence at the time of prize handover. 6.3 The prize must be claimed within 14 days of the draw announcement. Failure to claim within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize, at the Promoter’s discretion. 6.4 If the winner is unable to collect the motorcycle immediately after all paperwork has been concluded, the winner must arrange and provide proof of valid insurance before the motorcycle is released into their care. 6.5 The motorcycle will be held at a designated location to be confirmed by the Promoter. The motorcycle will only be held at this location for a maximum of one (1) calendar month from the date of prize confirmation. Failure to collect within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize, at the Promoter’s discretion.

7. EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

7.1 In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Veldskoen Rally due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule the draw, or
  • Conduct the draw on an alternative date, or
  • Provide refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The Promoter’s decision in this regard shall be final.

8. SUPPLIER CONTINGENCY

8.1 Should the prize become unavailable due to supplier withdrawal or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a motorcycle of similar value and specification.

9. DISQUALIFICATION

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • Violates event rules
  • Engages in fraudulent activity
  • Attempts to manipulate the draw process
  • Provides false information

10. LIABILITY

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

  • Lost, delayed or invalid ticket entries
  • Technical failures beyond its control
  • Any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the draw

Participation in the draw is at the entrant’s own risk.

11. PUBLICITY

The winner agrees to reasonable publicity, including photographs and media announcements related to the draw.

12. DATA PROTECTION

Personal information will be processed solely for event administration, draw verification, and winner announcement, in accordance with applicable South African data protection legislation (POPIA).

13. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing an Access Pass, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to both the Ignition Edition (R450) and Full Throttle (R500) Access Pass tiers.
